Jo launched Amplitude in 2011, following a career which saw her work in editorial management, business development and event management. She hold an honours degree in Media and Popular culture and it was a combination of these things that led to the launch of Amplitude.  

Jo is also a professional DJ, touring the country and playing many of the UK’s biggest festivals under her Madame Electrifie alter ego.  

Ciara came to Amplitude in 2014, as the company grew and we realised all these creatives needed whipping into shape. Ciara manages the day to day operations of the company, keeping all our projects on time and on budget, and is a point of contact for general enquiries and new business. She lives in Northampton with her husband and 2 daughters and their cat, Chopper. 

Starting as a trainee graphic designer nearly 15 years ago Chris has since been on a mission of learning that has taken him from designing simple one column adverts in the local newspaper to being a production manager who has experience in almost every creative discipline. 

A hunger for new skills has lead onto him teaching at Northampton University. 

Resident photographer Dan Thomas first cut his teeth in commercial photography in central London for 2 years before coming back to his home town in Northampton. Dan is well versed in commercial, fashion and particularly his award winning hair photography.

With years of experience under his belt Dan is relaxed and easy going on set whilst keeping an eye on his goal.

Ashley has been working in the medium of Film and video Editing since 2009. After finishing his Degree in Film Technology in 2012 he has gained a wide range of experience with in the commercial, consumer, informative and music video sectors of Film making with his true genius flourishing within the video editing process.Away from film production Ashley aka ‘Whippz’ is a mc and singer in his funk band - The Sea Based Turtles, alongside being heavily involved in the local music scene.
